Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the handmade nature of our products and limited-capacity event experiences, KALM + KRAZE does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or transfers.

Event Policy

Event tickets are non-refundable. If KALM + KRAZE cancels an event, attendees will be notified regarding available options.
